It's a tie between Bungee & Super Lunge! Super Lunge is a great full body exercise that works on balance and core stability. Bungee is a killer. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And it has tons of options for tension and intensity. ​

Give me all the heavy mega legs! But if I had to pick just one, it would be the Spider Lunge. Best full body move and the quickest way to break a sweat. Just keep those hips low ;)
